Family friendly meeting

NeuroAlliance 2026 is committed to being a family-friendly conference. We have a dedicated parent and pumping room available throughout the event. If you're presenting a talk or poster and feel like you might need support to do this, please chat to the EDI Committee. We want everyone to be able to fully participate, whatever that may look like for you.

The Hilton highly recommends the following child care service, and has recommended that delegates make their booking online, as paperwork and registration details must be completed prior to the service. https://www.luxit.com.au/services/p/nannies

Spaces to be you

The NeuroAlliance conference and social events will include Sensory Friendly spaces for individuals to retreat to if they’re experiencing sensory and social overload, to help them with regulation and comfort.

Please let us know in your registration if you require a place to pray on site, and we will be happy to provide options.

Safety officers

Safety and respect are important for making everyone feel welcome and included at scientific conferences. The NeuroAlliance conference will have a roster of volunteer safety officers, with training in mental health first aid, to help keep all attendees safe at the conference and conference events There will be information available at the conference about the roster, and safety officers will be visible with different coloured lanyards. Contact details for safety officers will be available at the registration desk and information about who else you can contact if you are feeling unsafe will be available throughout the conference venue.
