Researchers are invited to submit one late-breaking abstract for consideration as a poster presentation via the online EventsAir portal. Submissions will be accepted until 23:59 AEST on Monday, 26 October 2026, and can be reviewed or edited at any time prior to the deadline. Notification of outcomes will be sent to submitting authors in mid-November 2026.
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and clearly outline the objective, brief methodology, key findings and conclusion. Submissions will be reviewed by the Programming Committee.
Late-breaking poster abstracts are ineligible for conference awards, except those submitted by students enrolled in an Honours program in 2026.
All abstracts must be submitted via the EventsAir system, where authors will need to create a simple profile before uploading their work. By submitting, authors agree to have their abstract reviewed and published in conference materials where appropriate.
